This two-sided Contemporary Reading Card was designed by
James Lebensohn, MD and provides a full range of near point exercises
including words, numbers and OX symbols. Optotypes include 20/80, 20/400,
20/260, 20/200, 20/100, 20/65, 20/50, 20/40, 20/30, 20/25, and 20/20.
Notation equivalents include Decimal reading in English, Metric and Jaeger,
point size and visual efficiency percentages. Card size is 8.5" x
11" (215 by 280 mm). Now printed on styrene for long life. Includes
chain to maintain reading distance at 14" (35 cm)
