This Clinical Visual Acuity Test is the same test developed by the Armed Forces. Charts consist of two sheets which are spiral bound together. Open size is 24" x 24" (or 12" x 24" when folded in half). They are made of 0.04" high quality white styrene. Letters are in rows from 20/200 to20/10 or 20% to 109.3%. There are four 20/20 lines to offer more extensive test options. For use at 20 feet. The same design is available in three different letter combinations to guard against letter familiarity. Charts include scoring instructions.
