This Continuous Text Reading Card includes 14 acuity levels from 20/16 to 20/320. It is intended for use at 40 cm and is printed on white styrene. Notation equivalents include Snellen feet, Snellen Meters, letter size and decimal. Card size is 23 cm x 17.5 cm with letters on both sides. Lettering on both sides.

A 40 cm cord is included to insure accurate reading distance.
