This small face figure can be used for testing infants' vision. Normally developing infants fixate, follow and converge at the age of 3 months. The visual sphere of an infant can be assessed using this fixation stick along with the Lea Face Stimulus Paddles (2531, 2532,) resulting in a standardized measurement for follow-up. On the back of the face picture is a grating pattern, which can be used to break habituation. A picture of a giraffe, small bunny, and a black dot are displayed on the handle, which can be used for screening 3-4 year olds during the cover test.
