Consists of a set of pilot and 15 test large caps.  Diameter of the stimulus area is 1.3 in (3.3 cm). Can be reduced by using gray restriction rings to standard D15 size 0.47 in (1.2 cm) in diameter. Includes 16 test caps, 17 restriction rings, acrylic case, cloth storage pouch, recording forms and instructions.

Double set permits matching of colors to simplify test without destroying validity.
