This is an easy to use Color Blindness chart developed by J.J. Creamer, M.D. and is used for red/green color blindness screening. It can be used in conjunction with the HRR Color Blindness Plates for further definitive screening. This one-plate quick test chart is a Pseudoisochromatic plate with two geometric symbols which can be used with almost all ages and literacy levels. For use at 30". The chart is printed with special inks of equal color value. Size is 8 ½" x 11".
