The Stereo Tower is used to diagnose Stereo and Binocular vision in children and adults without the use of  polarized glasses or Red/Green anaglyph glasses. This tests can be used for study, testing and training of Binocularity, Stereopsis, Visual Attention, Form and Depth Perception. The instruction card shows each figure and is a 'matching exercise for non-verbals. Includes 26 figures covering 2350 to 28 seconds of arc for much finer Eye Care Professional exams. This is a quick method to test for amblyopia, strabismus, suppression and a wide range of binocular vision and neurological disorders. It utilizes both random dot and line Stereogram technology. A special printing process creates a special prismatic effect whereby two different images are separated so that one set is presented to the left eye and the other to the right eye only.  A blank figure is also included.

The first side on the Stereo Tower is the Random Dot Butterfly for evaluating medium and gross stereopsis measuring 2350 seconds to 820 seconds. Side 2 provides circles and animals measures 800 seconds to 40 seconds for finer levels of stereopsis. Side 3 is the Random Dot figures circle to measure 535 seconds to 85 seconds, square of letter 'E'. Left and right are marked for to identify suppression.  Side 4 presents six rows of stereo numbers to measure 526 seconds to 28 seconds plus and additional stereo target and suppression check.
