The Optec 500 Vision Tester for children ages 3 and up uses a remote control screener. The remote control permits one person to run the complete test and be close to the child. Testing is accomplished at 8 feet. Targets are located on both sides of the unit and lighting is constant. Child can answer verbally or play a matching game. Testing employs multiple levels of HOTV acuities: 20/63, 20/50, 20/40, 20/32, and 20/20. Unit is 11x10x11 (27x25x28cm).
