This Clinical Visual Acuity Test is the same test
developed by the Armed
Forces. Charts consist of one sheet size which is 10" by 27". The
chart is made of 0.04" high quality white styrene. Letters are in 11 rows
from 20/200 to 20/10 or 20% to 109% there are 20/20 lines to offer more
extensive test options. For use at 20 feet. Includes centered mounting grommet.
The same design is available in three different letter combinations to guard
against letter familiarity. Charts include scoring instructions.
