The single LogMAR book is
suitable for testing children from about two years of age naming pictures, or by
matching which is usually possible by two and a half years. The test is designed
for use at three meters (10 feet), with LogMAR sizes ranging from 1.00 (3/30 or
10/100 Snellen) to 0.00 (3/3 or 10/10 Snellen) with choice of three or four
different pictures at each of the eleven acuity levels. A side index allows you
to choose the size and picture before flipping the page to face the child. The
acuity level is easily read from the index for recording in either LogMAR or
Snellen in meters and feet with full instructions printed inside the book.
Includes distance test book, near test card, and key card.
