This book combines the accuracy of a linear test and LogMAR sizing with the ease of naming pictures. Intended for pre-reader children.

Uses eight pictures in groups of four. Each eye can be tested with a different arrangement of the same four pictures for excellent comparison. The size index identifies the acuity size in LogMAR and Snellen. The range for LogMAR is 1.0 to -0.1 and Snellen 10/100 to 10/8 ft. (3/30 to 3/2.4 Meters). Key card can be used to prompt shy or uncooperative children.

Three Meter Kit (P/N KPTCRx) includes test book, near test card and key card. The two Key cards together include the 22 figures and measure 8" by 10" (20cm x 26cm). They are laminated on both sides for wash ability. The Crowded Near Point card is also sold separately (P/N KPTN3x) and has reduced size pictures and covers LogMAR sizes 0.8 to 0.0 with Snellen equivalents. Double sided.
