Where are you located? / Are you still in Boca Raton, FL?
Richmond Products is now located in sunny Albuquerque, New Mexico

Is there a discount?
Yes, if you buy 11+ of one item number you will receive a 5% discount. If you buy 24+ of one item you will receive a 10% discount.

How much is shipping? 
If you provide us with the shipping address we will gladly have our shipping department calculate the additional charges.

How long will it take to get here?
Most products will be shipped from stock. If they are shipped Ground (such as FedEx Ground or UPS Ground) it usually take 5-10 Business Days. Special orders items may take 2-3 weeks or longer. 

Do you ship over seas?
Richmond Products can ship internationally. By providing us with a shipping address we can calculate the shipping charges for you. However, you would be responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees incurred by the customs department. 

Please use the tracking number from the invoice we send the day after shipment to track your order.

Where do you get your products?
Most of our products are manufactured here in Albuquerque, NM

What are your hours?
7: 30 a.m to 5.30 p.m (Mountain Time) Monday through Thursday; 7:30 a.m. to Noon on Friday. 

Will instructions come with my purchase?
Easy to understand instructions are packed with most products in your order.

What is your return policy?
