When placing an order with us by fax, email or mail, please remember to include:

1. Your name and title (if applicable)
2. Billing Address
3. Shipping Address (if different than Billing)
4. Phone and Fax Number
5. Email Address (for order confirmation)
6. The part number and quantity of the items you wish to order.

Payment Methods:

If using a credit card please include:

1. The name (exactly as it appears on the card)
2. The card number
3. The card expiration date
4. The address where the credit card bill is sent, including zip code
5. The CVV (or Card Verification Value) on the back of the card it using a VISA or MasterCard. If using an American Express please provide the 4-digit number on the front. (Discover does not have a CVV)

Charges to your credit card will not be made until shipment of product.

You can mail a check in US funds.  Please contact us for an estimate including shipping so the correct amount can be sent. Your order will be shipped after the check has cleared.

• Bank Transfer: Please contact us for an estimate including shipping so the correct amount can be sent. The Estimate will contain the necessary banking information.  
• PLEASE NOTE: There is a $35.00 charge for Bank Transfers under $1000.00.  Your order will be shipped after the Wire Transfer has been received.  Please place the Estimate (or ProForma) Number on the reference line of the wire transfer form.
